The Battery Bumper Car 5BC-04 removes the arena from the equation. A 500W drive at 48V runs off an on-board pack, so the cars need no floor grid and no overhead net. A clear, level space and somewhere to charge is the whole requirement.
That makes it the most flexible car in the bumper range. The same fleet can trade in a mall atrium this week, a festival field next month and an indoor park after that. Each car seats two, carries up to 150kg and measures 1.95*1.15*0.96m, in FRP over steel with CE certification and customized colors.
Relocating a battery fleet is mostly logistics, not engineering. The cars travel on their own wheels or in crates, the boundary is temporary, and there is nothing fixed to uninstall or make good.
For operators who rent their space — pop-up retail units, seasonal units, shared event halls — that matters more than any performance figure. No landlord approval for floor works, no reinstatement cost at the end of the lease, no negotiation about who owns the installed grid.
The trade-off is charging time. A venue that runs twelve hours a day needs a rotation plan and enough cars to keep the floor busy while part of the fleet is on charge. Events that prefer a continuous power supply often look at a sky-net powered bumper car instead.
On a rotating schedule the battery routine is what keeps the ride earning. Charge overnight from a standard outlet, log which car ran which session, and rotate so no pack is worked harder than the rest.
A full charge covers a standard operating session. Where a day runs longer than that, two batches of cars alternating through the charging bay avoids any gap in trading.
Battery health is what decides the resale value of the fleet and the reliability of the ride. Keep packs out of the sun when stored, charge them on a regular cycle rather than leaving them flat for weeks between bookings, and record anything unusual — a car that drains faster than its neighbours is telling you something. Catching that early is cheap; catching it at a festival with a full queue is not.
Cars ship in export packing designed for the trip, and container space is planned so you are not paying for air. Tell us the fleet size and any accessories — chargers, boundary, spare parts — and the load plan can be worked out before the order is confirmed. Accessories are packed so they arrive in the order you need them on site: boundary first, cars next, chargers last, so the charging bay is the final thing assembled.
Smaller orders usually travel well as a part load, which suits operators testing a site before committing to a larger fleet. That is also how many buyers start: one set, one season, then a second order once the visitor numbers are real. For venues that already have a prepared floor and no charging time to spare, our floorless indoor bumper car and the grid models cover that case.

No arena infrastructure. No floor grid and no ceiling net — just batteries, cars and a clear space, so the ride can open almost anywhere.
A full charge supports a standard operating session. Charging overnight from a normal outlet returns the fleet to full before the next trading day.
Yes. Festivals, touring carnivals and seasonal venues are the main uses, because setup and teardown are quick and nothing has to be fixed to the ground.
Speed is controlled to a safe bumper-car level suited to family riding, with padded bumpers, seat belts and staff supervision on the floor.
A smooth, level surface. Many venues lay a temporary boundary mat to mark the arena, protect the finished floor and show guests where the ride starts.
Charging guidance, operator training, spare parts and after-sales support, plus export packing and shipping coordination for the first delivery and later fleet additions.
Yes. The minimum order is one set, and fleets are commonly expanded after a first season of trading, once the venue knows its real visitor numbers.

We source premium to guarantee durability and longevity, Skilled craftsmen and advanced robotics work in harmony to precision-cut, weld, and assemble components, before shipping will do the testing. From raw materials to production to testing, we fully control the quality.

Use the professional export package, the fiberglass use the three layer(Bubble film + non-woven fabric + stretch film), it will better protect the equipment. The workers have rich loading experience, reasonable use of container space to save freight for customers.

We have the professional installation team. The engineer has rich experience with installation, can guide the installation, formulate a reasonable installation plan and conduct routine maintenance training. Let customers save worry, trouble and money, and complete the project installation work faster and better.

Our team has cooperated with many government and private park projects. Our high-quality products and excellent services have won praise from customers. This is the feedback from one of the our government projects.

The equipment can be used in various scenarios, such as outdoor parks, shopping malls, indoors, etc. We can plan according to your site and make a 3D design drawing of the playground for you.
