Government Tenders

Government Tenders and Municipal Park Projects

Yueton has supplied rides for government and municipal park projects in Mexico, Nicaragua, Indonesia and Malawi. These orders carry more paperwork than a standard purchase: technical documents for the bid, drawings for the foundation work, shipping documents and installation support on site.

  • Mexico Project — 35,000 m², 10 rides, 2019.

Technical Documents

Tender specifications usually list capacity, ride height, footprint, power and voltage, foundation requirements, materials, safety configuration and the weather conditions at the site. We answer these point by point against the model offered. For large equipment, site drawings and installation conditions are reviewed before production starts. Certification requirements differ by country, so the documents needed for import and operation are confirmed with the buyer before the order is placed.

What Comes With a Tender Order

  • Specification and quotation against the tender item list
  • 3D layout drawings for the site
  • Foundation drawings and installation tools
  • Three-layer export packing and a container loading plan
  • Shipping documents and destination port coordination
  • Installation instructions, online guidance by photo and video, and engineers on site when the project requires it
  • Operation guidance, troubleshooting and spare parts after handover

Installation and Handover

Site preparation may involve foundation construction, tools, lifting equipment, local workers, the electricity connection and technical guidance; Yueton supplies the installation drawings and instructions for this stage. After handover, the operator should keep the operation manuals, spare parts lists, maintenance plans and supplier contacts, because long-term support is what keeps a municipal park running and safe.

Quality Control

Quality control covers material checking, welding inspection, assembly checks, electrical system testing, trial operation and packing inspection, with production photo updates before shipment. Certification requirements vary by country, so the available documents are confirmed against the destination market before the order is placed.

What to Include in Your Inquiry

Project country and destination port, site size and layout drawing, target visitor age group, expected capacity, preferred rides, voltage and local operating requirements, required delivery date, and the installation support expected from the supplier. Site photos or a drawing of the plot help us answer a tender specification faster.
