Strict quality control
The Cutting Workshop is a core production unit specializing in precision fabrication for amusement rides and play structures. Equipped with advanced tools like CNC lasers，it processes materials such as steel, aluminum, and durable plastics to create components for roller coasters, carousels, themed attractions. This ensures high-quality, visually appealing, and structurally sound parts.
The Welding Workshop is a vital production. The workshop adheres to rigorous safety standards (CE, EN, ISO) to ensure weld integrity and load-bearing capacity, critical for guest safety. Same time, we also will do the flaw detection, ensure the welding quality.
Each of our production steps has strict processes to provide hight level quality. After amusement equipment production completed, will be assembled by our professional assembly workers in workshop. Our workers will carefully inspect all components to ensure their integrity, and conduct thorough tests after assembly to verify smooth operation of the amusement equipment.
We Yueton Amusement having our own FRP material workshop. We strictly control the quality, FRP in total 3-4 layers and the load-bearing part in 7-8 layers. And some FRP parts will have embedded, so that the load-bearing effect is better.
For the painting part, we use alloy paint for FRP, which is more cost expensive and has its own anti-rust function. The iron parts use automotive-grade paint, including anti-rust paint. We have a professional painting workshop, the paint will melt naturally under high temperature, there will be no granularity, the overall will be smoother, and finally we spray varnish, the FRP will look more shiny. It will not fade after long-term outdoor use.
We have a strict quality inspection process. First, we inspect the raw materials. We use international steel materials to inspect the thickness of different parts of the steel. During the production process, there will be magnetic particle inspection, equipped with professional flaw detectors. After the production and assembly are completed, the load-bearing test will be carried out, and multiple runs will be carried out to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
