Preparing a Site for an Eleven-Metre Carousel

A ten-tonne ride turning at 1.5 m/s needs ground that will not shift. Add the safety fence and the footprint covers roughly 16 metres, so the site plan should leave clearance on every side for guests and for maintenance access.
