Medium amusement parks need a family ride that behaves itself: predictable to run, easy to staff, and generous enough with capacity that the queue never becomes the main attraction. The 5C-14 has been that ride for a long list of operators.
At eight metres across, it delivers the full merry-go-round experience without the footprint or the maintenance load of a landmark-scale machine. Twenty-four riders per cycle is a realistic figure for a park with steady family traffic, and it is the sort of ride a park buys once and then stops thinking about.
Throughput on a carousel comes from cycle time, not from spinning faster. The ride turns at 1.5 m/s, and the real work happens at the gate: a simple boarding layout lets staff load twenty-four riders, check restraints and release the cycle without wasted seconds.
Smoother loading also protects the guest experience. A family that boards calmly is a family that comes back, and repeat visits matter more to a park's season than squeezing one extra rotation into every hour of the day.
This is deliberately a simple machine. A 5.5kW motor drives it, 2kW of lighting runs the canopy, and the mechanical package carries no exotic components that demand specialist attention or long waits for imported spares.
The FRP and steel construction is finished for outdoor duty, so sun and rain do not force a repaint every season. Where a park wants more seats without expanding its ride zone, a carousel built for higher capacity follows the same engineering approach.
An eight-metre ride with the fence included occupies about ten metres. That footprint belongs in the ride zone drawing before the order is placed, alongside the queue line and the walkway that carries guests past the platform.
Placement affects revenue. A carousel on the main circulation route collects passing trade all day, while one tucked behind a food court depends entirely on being a planned destination. Draw the queue line as part of that plan rather than as an afterthought, because a ride that loads well is a ride that keeps its throughput.
Plan for a 380V three-phase supply and a level concrete base. Load figures and foundation drawings are issued ahead of shipping, so ground works can be completed before the container arrives and the two schedules do not collide. Settling these two items early is the difference between an installation that finishes on time and one that waits on a contractor.
For parks still deciding on scale, the two-level carousel trades a larger footprint for a much higher seat count, while smaller community rides stay within a single deck and a tighter budget.

There is nothing exotic to go wrong. Dependable engineering, a straightforward drive and modest power demand mean the ride keeps running through a long season with routine maintenance rather than special attention.
One session covers start-up, safety checks and the daily routine. The manual and on-site guidance are provided, and a new operator can usually run the ride unsupervised within a few shifts.
Production takes thirty to forty-five days. Site installation then typically runs three to seven days once the foundation and power supply are ready.
Secure restraints, an emergency stop and CE certification are standard, along with the documentation that your local authority and insurer will expect before the ride opens.
Yes. Colours, graphics and logo printing can be refreshed without altering the mechanical parts, which lets a park restyle the ride for a new season at relatively low cost.
Routine checks of fasteners, restraints and the drive, plus cleaning of the FRP surfaces. Spare parts are supplied, and the manual sets out the intervals so maintenance stays predictable.

We source premium to guarantee durability and longevity, Skilled craftsmen and advanced robotics work in harmony to precision-cut, weld, and assemble components, before shipping will do the testing. From raw materials to production to testing, we fully control the quality.

Use the professional export package, the fiberglass use the three layer(Bubble film + non-woven fabric + stretch film), it will better protect the equipment. The workers have rich loading experience, reasonable use of container space to save freight for customers.

We have the professional installation team. The engineer has rich experience with installation, can guide the installation, formulate a reasonable installation plan and conduct routine maintenance training. Let customers save worry, trouble and money, and complete the project installation work faster and better.

Our team has cooperated with many government and private park projects. Our high-quality products and excellent services have won praise from customers. This is the feedback from one of the our government projects.

The equipment can be used in various scenarios, such as outdoor parks, shopping malls, indoors, etc. We can plan according to your site and make a 3D design drawing of the playground for you.
