The Mad Mouse Roller Coaster 5RC-12 is a wild mouse in the classic sense. Instead of loops it relies on flat, tight turns taken at speed, and on the moment at the top of each hairpin when the car seems to lean out over the edge before it swings back. It is a ride that rewards a short circuit. Our version runs about 280 m of track, which is enough for a proper sequence of corners without needing a large plot.
Because the cars are narrow and the turns are sharp, the ride feels quicker than its profile suggests. Guests rarely say it was gentle.
The covered area is roughly 38 by 28 m, which makes this model a realistic option for urban parks, mall rooftops, family entertainment centres and resort courtyards where land is expensive. The structure is tall enough to be seen from outside the boundary, so it draws passing trade as well as guests already inside.
Two practical points come up on tight sites. Service access has to reach the lift and the brake run without crossing the queue, and the exit path should not send guests back through the entry gate. Both are settled during layout drawing. Operators weighing up small-ride options sometimes pair this coaster with our junior mini coaster, which keeps younger children occupied while the older ones queue here.
A wild mouse unloads and reloads quickly, so the dispatch rhythm matters more than the length of the ride. Staff who work the platform in a set pattern — gates, restraints, walk the train, dispatch — hold a steady gap between cars all day. A height check at the entrance prevents the stop-start that comes from turning a guest away at the train.
Parks with several small rides often group them by audience. Our dragon-themed family coaster suits a younger crowd, and placing it on the opposite side of the park keeps the two queues from merging on a busy weekend.
Steel near the sea ages faster than steel inland. Salt in the air attacks paint edges, bolt heads and any point where water can sit. The answer is a thicker coating system, attention to drainage so water leaves the structure rather than pooling in a joint, and a wash-down routine that fits your maintenance calendar. Inland parks still need the coating looked after, but the interval between repaints is longer.
Humidity is the other factor. Where a site is wet for much of the year, we specify fasteners and fittings accordingly at the quotation stage.
Every coaster needs a plan for getting guests off a train that has stopped away from the platform. On a compact circuit with low track sections, evacuation is quicker and simpler than on a tall ride, which is one reason operators like this model for sites with a modest maintenance team. The procedure is rehearsed with staff during commissioning, and the equipment needed is listed in the manual.
An emergency stop at the operator panel cuts the drive and applies the brakes. Restarting follows a fixed check sequence, and the ride does not reopen until that sequence is complete.

The covered area is listed in the specification above. Add the queue, the exit path and space for a service vehicle to reach the brake run.
No. The drive is rated at 11 KW on a 380 V supply, so the electrical work is modest for a ride of this size.
In export packing, with fibreglass protected by three layers and steel sections bundled in assembly order to simplify unloading and erection on site.
Yes. The car bodies, colours and station graphics can be adapted, and printed graphics can replace the standard decoration if you have a different character in mind.
Wheels, restraint components and brake parts are the items that get replaced most often. We quote a first-year spares kit with the ride.
CE certification. ISO 9001 and SGS documents can also be provided, and we help assemble the paperwork your local inspector will expect to see.

We source premium to guarantee durability and longevity, Skilled craftsmen and advanced robotics work in harmony to precision-cut, weld, and assemble components, before shipping will do the testing. From raw materials to production to testing, we fully control the quality.

Use the professional export package, the fiberglass use the three layer(Bubble film + non-woven fabric + stretch film), it will better protect the equipment. The workers have rich loading experience, reasonable use of container space to save freight for customers.

We have the professional installation team. The engineer has rich experience with installation, can guide the installation, formulate a reasonable installation plan and conduct routine maintenance training. Let customers save worry, trouble and money, and complete the project installation work faster and better.

Our team has cooperated with many government and private park projects. Our high-quality products and excellent services have won praise from customers. This is the feedback from one of the our government projects.

The equipment can be used in various scenarios, such as outdoor parks, shopping malls, indoors, etc. We can plan according to your site and make a 3D design drawing of the playground for you.
