Servicing the Flying Wheel 5TR-14 Where Rotation Meets Lift

The combined motion is what to watch. Where a plain carousel has one drive path, this machine has a rotating frame and cabin lift movement working together, so the weekly check covers the connection points on both. Look for play in the cabin pivots, listen to the drive under load and confirm the lift arm runs its full travel smoothly.

Keep the FRP shells clean and touch up paint where cabin edges take knocks. Export packaging means the machine arrives in sections, so hold the assembly drawings with the maintenance log. Certification is CE, and installation support arrives as pictures and videos or as staff on site.
