The design rests on one principle: height converts to speed. Raise the car to the top of the track, let it go, and the slope turns that stored height into motion. Curvature, drop and gradient decide how quickly the car accelerates and where it eases off, which is what separates a coaster from an ordinary slide.
Running costs stay close to zero, because the only work involved is returning the car uphill.
A small installation does not need a large crew. Riders settle into the car, restraints are checked, and the car is released from the high point.
Track length, drop and turning radius are set during design, so the coaster is shaped to your site rather than the other way around. Open ground suits a long, flowing layout; a compact plot suits a shorter track with a steeper first drop. Clearance zones around the rails are planned at the same stage.
Coasters work well inside a mixed zone. Put the track beside a climbing structure built around a volcano theme and an tall viewing tower, and visitors get a choice of intensity within a small area.
Stopping is engineered, not left to chance. Braking arrangements slow the car before the platform, and restraint systems hold riders in place through the descent. CE certification covers the safety design. Before the first rider each day, staff check the track, car, braking zone and fixings; a fuller inspection follows the schedule in the maintenance guide.

The layout returns the car to the loading point, and staff move it up to the release position for the next group. The routine depends on your track design and how frequently the ride runs.
No motor drives the coaster. The only work involved is lifting the car to the top; from there, gravity and the track profile produce the entire ride, which keeps running costs minimal.
Length is customized to your site. Drop, curvature and clearance are planned around the ground you have, so the coaster can be long and flowing or shorter with a steeper start.
Children and families ride it, with height guidance applied to younger visitors. Riders need to be tall enough for the restraint to hold them correctly through the descent.
A stable, level base with good drainage. Foundations follow our drawings, and the safety surfacing required around the track is confirmed with you before the equipment is shipped.
CE documentation, installation drawings and written guidance on daily checks and periodic maintenance. Spare parts for wear items remain available after delivery, and commissioning questions are answered directly by our technical team.
