The Mini 5 Carriages Ferris Wheel 5MFW-01 is a swing-type design: five cabins on a 6m structure that rock gently as the wheel turns. Riders get the rise-and-fall rhythm of a full-size wheel, while the motion stays calm enough for a three-year-old riding with a parent.

Twenty seats per cycle across five carriages sets the pace. One attendant can load the wheel and keep every cabin in view without walking a long platform, which keeps staffing simple for a zone that runs all day. Parks building a family area often start at this size and add a taller 30m wheel in a later phase.

Four Metres by Seven: Fitting a Wheel Into a Narrow Bay

The covering area is 4m by 7m, a footprint that fits the corner of a park, a strip beside a shopfront or the gap between two existing attractions. That narrow proportion is deliberate. Many sites have a spare lane rather than a spare square, and this wheel is shaped to use exactly that kind of space.

Before installation, confirm level ground, a firm base and clear access for the delivery vehicle. Venues that need more height with the same gentle character usually move up to the 14m mini wheel, which carries forty passengers on ten cabins.

Indoor and Mall Placement: Floor Loading and Clearance

Malls, family entertainment centres and covered play areas are realistic homes for this wheel. Indoors, three checks decide the position: ceiling clearance, floor loading and the width of the escape route. The wheel is compact, but the queue lane and neighbouring play equipment are not, so the layout has to be drawn rather than estimated.

Plan where the 380V supply is picked up and how the cable is protected across the public floor. A 7.5KW drive is modest, yet the connection still has to be done properly the first time.

Outdoors, drainage and a level base do more for long service than any other preparation. A wheel standing in water looks tired within a single season, and cabins are the first thing visitors notice. Sites planning a larger paid ride for older children often add a 20m wheel alongside a small wheel to cover both age groups.

Getting It Standing: A Short Installation Window

Installation pictures and videos are supplied so a local crew can assemble the wheel without waiting on a specialist visit, and our staff can be arranged to attend site if that suits the project better. Because the structure is small the assembly window is short, though the foundation still has to cure before the frame is raised.

Minimum order is one set. Colour and logo are customizable, graphics are applied by laser printing, and the wheel is CE certified - so a single unit is an easy first purchase for a small venue rather than a full capital project.
