Site Clearance and Foundation Notes

The structure weighs about 2,500 kg and the drive draws 55 kW. Both feed into the civil brief, which we issue before production so your contractor can pour the foundation to the drawing rather than adapt later. Vertical clearance is the other item to settle early: the tower needs open air above it, and nearby signage or canopies should be checked against the envelope.

Brake System, Restraints and Inspection

Release is controlled rather than free, with independent braking paths and restraints that lock through the ride cycle. CE certification covers the ride as supplied, and the inspection points your team checks daily are set out in the manual.

Cycle Timing, Maintenance and Spare Parts

A short ride time is not a weakness; it is what keeps the queue moving. The practical lever is boarding discipline. Marked lanes, a fixed seating order and a clear dispatch signal cut seconds off every cycle, and those seconds decide whether the tower covers its operating cost.

Wear parts are limited to restraint hardware, brake components and guide elements, all standardised so replacements are quick. A weekly check and an annual deeper inspection cover most sites. Spare kits ship with the unit or on request, and remote guidance handles anything the manual does not answer.
